Your impact

You develop individual solution approaches and methods through your deep experiences in the energy sector in almost all operational functions (e.g., trading, sales, and logistics)
You contribute to the development of the energy topic area with personnel, topic, and customer development
As part of our consulting team, you work closely with our sales colleagues and clients
You design and implement solutions for our big-name clients
You analyze and solve problems, including requirement analysis and development of test and solution concepts
You actively participate in the implementation and commissioning of IT and trading systems
You receive support from our specialist and technical experts for continuous exchange of information and experience
You maintain close contact with specialist departments and IT teams

Your profile

You are a Senior Business Analyst in the Energy field with proven experience in conceptual, technical and functional consulting for our clients
You have at least 6 years of relevant professional or project experience
You have experience with standard market systems in energy trading
You have a deep understanding of wholesale energy products and the basic business processes in energy trading or risk management of energy suppliers or energy traders
You have a keen interest in developing your professional, methodological and technical know-how
You ideally have experience with front, middle and back office or market data software from third-party providers
You are ideally experienced in a common programming language
You are open-minded towards newer technologies, e.g. implementation of development projects in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google)
You have methodical skills in requirements analysis and testing
You are team-oriented, empathetic and communicative
You enjoy presenting results at all levels
You are goal- and solution-oriented
You ideally have experience in project management and personnel responsibility
You are fluent in both German and English
You are willing to travel
